Cancelling your services

Any Cancellations that are not on contract can be done with a calendar months notice.
Please email billing@simplicityis.co.za to cancel your services, you will receive a ticket number, if you do not receive a ticket number then we have not received your email. Please ensure you receive and keep this ticket number.

If you have had an ammortised installation over a longer period you can still cancel, however you will be required to pay the prescribed buyout fee. Please email us to have this buyout calculated.
