My Internet Was Down But I was billed for a called out
We support all our networks and have state of the art monitoring systems that can in almost all instances ascertain if your internet is down due to a network fault or its down due to issues at your premises.
Our support covers our network faults and not those network faults on a clients network. Further more a call out by certain fibre providers will be billed if the damage was caused by another contractor or yourself.
This means that if we are requested to go out and the issue doesn't lie with the Fibre Provider or ourselves, you will unfortunately be billed either by the Fibre provider or ourselves.
