When you make an EFT, please ensure you use the correct reference and value so that it is allocated using AI. if you don't use the correct details this could result in a delay of capturing and mean that your services could go down. Please ensure that the EFT is made Timeously as the service will only be deemed paid, once the funds have been received and allocated.

If you are on debit order there is no need to do anything, the system will take care of your payments.
